A obtinut în 1995 si 1996 mult râvnitul premiu Milli acordat de Australian Cinematographers Society, fiind ales “Operatorul anului” timp de doi ani la rând.
Cel mai recent, a obtinut premiul 1997 Australian Film Institute pentru filmul Doing Time for Patsy Cline si un premiu A.C.S. Gold în 1997 pentru acelasi film.
