Este cunoscut pentru aparitiile lui din filmele "Accepted" (2006), "Another Earth" (2011), "Would You Rather'' (2012) si datorita rolului sau din serialul "Gotham" (2014), unde il interpreteaza pe Oswald Cobblepot, alias ''The Penguin'', cunoscutul adversar al lui Batman.
