Tom Six este un regizor olandez cunoscut pentru filmele horror The Human Centipede (First Sequence), The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) si The Human Centipede (Final Sequence).
Acesta s-a nascut in Alkmaar, Noord-Holland, in Olanda pe 29 august 1973. Six si-a inceput o companie cu sora sa, unde a scris si regizat filme ca Gay in Amsterdam, Honeyz, si I Love Dries. Succesul sau a venit odata cu aparitia filmului The Human Centipede.
