Wanda De Jesus s-a născut la data de 26.08.1958, în Manhattan, New York City, New York, SUA. Ca actriță, s-a remarcat în filme, precum: RoboCop 2 - 1990, Spider-Man - 1996, The Insider - 1999, Blood Work - 2002, Ghosts of Mars - 2001, Detective - 2005, Illegal Tender - 2007, Water & Power - 2013. În plan personal, a avut o relație de lungă durată cu actorul Jimmy Smits, din 1986 până în 2006.
