Filmul prezinta povestea navei Bounty unde marinarul Roger Byam, Fletcher Christian si capitanul Bligh calatoresc spre Tahiti. Lucrurile se complica dupa 6 luni de “vacanta” in Tahiti cand Christian impreuna cu echipajul navei se revolta impotriva tiranului Bligh. Va reusi tanarul Byam sa supravietuiasca conflictului pentru putere?
