- Povestea unui soldat portughez pe nume Fernando De Gama, poveste ce se intampla in anul 1547. Fernando il cauta pe ucigasul tatalui sau, dar si doreste sa isi inceapa si o noua viata. Din pacate, corabia pe care se afla se scufunda. Este capturat de negustorii de sclavi arabi si vandut in Ayutthaya. Aici este cumparat de tanara pe nume Maria care ii reda libertatea. Fernando se indragosteste de Maria si reciproc, insa cand Fernando il intalneste pe Phillippe, tatal Mariei, recunoaste in el ucigasul tatalui sau. Din pacate, razbunarea va trebui sa mai astepte deoarece el intra in slujba regelui…
