- Filmul are loc în prezent, în timp ce un cuplu se bucură de croaziera lor pe o barcă prin Caraibe. Trecând printr-o bizară furtună, ei ajung la țărmul unei misterioase insule, Caprona.Insula, care pare să existe de ceva timp în interiorul Triunghiului Bermudelor, este plină de locuitori, inclusiv dinozauri, mamifere preistorice și echipajul abandonat de un submarin german eșuat. Cei doi tineri, împreună cu căpitanul vasului și nemții, trebuie să treacă prin numeroase obstacole pentru a scăpa de pe insulă și pentru a se putea întoarce în propiul lor timp.
