British surfer Mark ‘Egor’ Harris travels to 7 European countries, tackling the best waves with local pro surfers and meeting the national heroes of the sport.

Most salt in Asia is produced through the evaporation of seawater in coastal areas. This episode sees Christine learning firsthand the very challenging ‘how to’ of harvesting sea salt in Thailand’s dramatically beautiful salt fields. Cushing visits the area’s most unusual market that is regularly disrupted by the Maeklong Railway going right through it’s center! She cooks alongside chefs preserving traditional Chinese cuisine in Bangkok and at Singapore’s oldest Chinese restaurant, Spring Court, Christine discovers Singapore Chinese cuisine and meets with culinary legend; Madam Soon.

As the only black barber in the entire area, Terrell takes Cedric on a tour of the local black museums, a journey through black history and the underground railroad, which helped Terrell’s great grandparents, as well as many others, escape slavery in the USA. The boys also check out “Sons Of Kent Brewery” to taste some craft beers!

February 2017 saw me embark upon a travel expedition through Scotland, Poland, France, Mexico, Belize and, (alas! ), back. Not only was it the first time I ventured out to Central America, but also the first time I seriously pushed my bravery boundaries to do a whole lot of things I'd never tried before. I'm looking forward to sharing my incredible experience in 5 exciting episodes of our travel series, which really turned out to be a Dream Journey:) I simply cannot wait for more!

The Global Barber joins Master Barber Greg Dennis and his team at Black Comb Barber & Shave Parlour in St. Thomas, ON, Canada, The Railway City. Afterwards, the guys made their way over to Caps Off Brewing to toast the end of the work day, and enjoy the most spectacular, of gastronomic delights from Plaza Sushi. Before leaving town, Cedric stops at the Railway Museum for a tour, checking-out 100 year old locomotives.

Martin Klein travels to Mexico City to study Jorge Vallejo's best recipes in his Quintonil restaurant. The aspiring top chef Jorge Vallejo is considered a revolutionary in Mexican cuisine. Martin Klein wants to implement these exotic dishes in the Ikaurs and has a lot to learn: from the right seasoning of ant eggs to the preparation of edible cacti.

Brad Hopkins, bass player from "Chalk Circle" and Newcastle native, joins Cedric and Captain Dave for the trip on Lake Ontario in search of fish. After a long, hard day on the water, everyone heads to the Old Newcastle House Taps & Grill for some dinner and drinks.

February 2017 saw me embark upon a travel expedition through Scotland, Poland, France, Mexico, Belize and, (alas! ), back. Not only was it the first time I ventured out to Central America, but also the first time I seriously pushed my bravery boundaries to do a whole lot of things I'd never tried before. I defeated my life-long fear of scubadiving and skydiving, (the Carribbean vistas do help! - No danger I'd do that again in Aberdeen), I went zip-lining over a Mexican jungle, I tried habanero-packed streetfood, (failed at that miserably), and organic tequila, (managed that better;), I climbed a Maya pyramid in the middle of a Belizean rainforest and fed hibiscus flowers to a very extravagant donkey. Most importantly, however, I got to know some incredible people - from shamans, wanderers and artists to refugees, businesswomen and expat cowboys. And thanks to aaaall of that, I also got to know a little bit more about myself for visiting the most remote corners of our planet reminds you how different and yet how similar we all are. I'm looking forward to sharing my incredible experience in 5 exciting episodes of our travel series, which really turned out to be a Dream Journey:) I simply cannot wait for more!

The Crystal Glassworks "Julia" is one of the few remaining crystal glassworks in the world. These statistics are compiled by International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Species Survival Commission’s African Rhino Specialist Group (AfRSG). Christine cooks a popular local bitter ingredient with Asian Food TV star Ili Sulaiman in Kuala Lumpur and makes a less than delicious visit to a Traditional Chinese Medicine shop, experiencing firsthand the power of bitter herbs. Colony Eight – one of the toughest and most notorious prisons in Ukraine. It is said that no one has ever managed to escape from here! Over eight hundred prisoners are behind bars in Colony 8 under maximum security. Until twenty years ago, the guards even carried out death sentences at this prison. Not any more – the concept is now a different one. Plenty of “freedom” on the one hand, draconian punishment and military drill on the other. Combined with permanent supervision: Around seventy cameras in the buildings ensure that anything moving gets noticed. The world’s fastest land mammal is racing toward extinction, with the latest Cheetah census suggesting that the big cats, which are already few in number, may decline by an additional 53 percent over the next 15 years. Cheetah has been driven out of 91 percent of its historic range—the big cats once roamed nearly all of Africa and much of Asia, but their population is now confined predominantly to six African countries: Angola, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, and Mozambique. The species is already almost extinct in Asia, with fewer than 50 individuals remaining in one isolated pocket of Iran. Cheetahs are getting killed directly, and then also their prey species are getting killed in these savannah areas, so the Cheetahs having nothing to subsist on.

In the fifth and final episode of the set we visit one of the world’s most modern car factories. We are in Tychy – where the local factory has been producing an automotive hit for the last 10 years – the tiny Fiat 500. The successor of the iconic Fiat 500 which motorized Europe in the 1960s and 1970s is an extremely modern car. We will witness the emergence of the two hundred millionth copy of this wonderful car.

An abandoned building is rigged with motion sensors and teams must sneak through without being seen. A team is eliminated from the competition.

We continue to explore Thailand and go to Pattaya. After, we visit the northern town Pai - an ideal place to go for a ride on a moped for the first time! We stroll through a huge park and get acquainted with the rich history of Nong Nuch. We visit perhaps the only atelier of custom motorcycles in Thailand and spend an exciting day in the company of elephants. In the evening, we try durian in the one of Thailand's markets and get acquainted with local hippies.

The Recruits meet for the first time as Cape Town International Airport, they have flown in from all over the world. They are taken by mini bus to the vast Rangers Reserve high in the Western Cape Mountains. At the reserve they will have no contact with outside world, and undergo the first part of a torturous training regime to turn them into qualified Anti Poaching Rangers. Some will succeed and some will have their dreams shattered and not make it to phase two.

February 2017 saw me embark upon a travel expedition through Scotland, Poland, France, Mexico, Belize and, (alas! ), back. Not only was it the first time I ventured out to Central America, but also the first time I seriously pushed my bravery boundaries to do a whole lot of things I'd never tried before. I defeated my life-long fear of scubadiving and skydiving, (the Carribbean vistas do help! - No danger I'd do that again in Aberdeen), I went zip-lining over a Mexican jungle, I tried habanero-packed streetfood, (failed at that miserably), and organic tequila, (managed that better;), I climbed a Maya pyramid in the middle of a Belizean rainforest and fed hibiscus flowers to a very extravagant donkey. Most importantly, however, I got to know some incredible people - from shamans, wanderers and artists to refugees, businesswomen and expat cowboys. And thanks to aaaall of that, I also got to know a little bit more about myself for visiting the most remote corners of our planet reminds you how different and yet how similar we all are. I'm looking forward to sharing my incredible experience in 5 exciting episodes of our travel series, which really turned out to be a Dream Journey:) I simply cannot wait for more!
